Gnocchi

I’ve seen it on almost every trip I’ve made to the store in the past five months, so I decided to go ahead and try it.  I didn’t look it up, I’ve never had it before, and I had absolutely no clue what it was.  I went for it, though, and I’m extremely happy I did.  It was a new experience for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

First came the sautéed sweet onion.

Then the two roma tomatoes were added.

Next came the string beans.

And finally, the gnocchi.

I really like to cook.  It makes me happy, and it makes me feel accomplished.  It’s important to remember who you are, and what you love.  When you can love who you are, you can let someone else love you too.
